Tracking and Delivery
A tracking number will be provided for all orders upon dispatch. You are responsible for ensuring that delivery addresses provided are accurate and complete.
In some cases a signature may be required upon delivery.
Replacement Parts
In the unlikely event you have a damaged or missing part, please contact us at support@zalynco.com in order that we may be able to organise an immediate replacement part for you.
Delays and Liability
Zalynco is not liable for any delays caused by carriers, weather conditions and/or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Returns and Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a fault or error with the product.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
14 Day Refund Policy
If you change your mind, you are offered a refund within 14 days of you receiving your order.
How to Return
Submit your request within 14 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team at support@zalynco.com. The item must be returned unused, unassembled and in a resaleable condition. Package the item in its original boxes or similar packaging if the original boxes are no longer available.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund, items must be in the same condition as when received, free from any damage, marks or signs of use and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Failure to meet these conditions may result in deductions or the return being refused.
Flat-pack furniture that has been assembled cannot be returned for a 'full' refund (as once you start building or fully assemble flat-pack items, they are no longer in a re-saleable condition). If a part is damaged, we will replace the part, not the entire order.
PLEASE NOTE - THERE ARE RETURN FEES
A £60 collection charge applies if you return an item because it is unsuitable or due to a change of mind. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping and Refunds
We will arrange a collection with one of our courier partners. Once we confirm receipt, we will process your refund which will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
All deliveries are sent with a request for a signature and will not be left without proof of delivery being completed. If you choose to overrule this instruction, we will not be held responsible for goods that are lost or stolen and no refund will be given.
Guidelines for Hassle Free Returns
Keep packaging until you are certain you are keeping the items. Avoid assembling furniture if you are unsure about the purchase. Return items in the same condition as received to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Returning Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please provide clear details of the fault or damage and attach photos so we can assist promptly. Faulty or damaged items qualify for a full refund.
If the packaging is damaged upon arrival, this may indicate that the product is also damaged. In this case, please refuse the order and contact isupport@zalynco.com within 4 days, providing your order number and, if possible, photos showing the damage. We will immediately start working to resolve your issue and keep you informed. It is important you do not accept items if there is visible damage to packaging unless, you wish to accept and request spare parts where needed - which are provided free of charge.
Outside the 14 Day Return Window
Please check your items thoroughly within 14 days of arrival. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements outside of our 14 day return policy.
Transparency Promise
All applicable fees including packaging, delivery and returns fees will be clearly communicated and agreed before your return is confirmed.
Your Refund
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, please allow up to five working days for the refund to appear in your account.
