G) Shipping and Delivery Policy


This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment of goods purchased through our website. By placing an order with Zalynco, you agree to the terms set out below.

Order Processing Times

If you place an order by 3 pm and the product is in stock - we will despatch it the same day.

We currently ship via reputable carriers for free, next day delivery.

Tracking and Delivery

A tracking number will be provided for all orders upon dispatch. You are responsible for ensuring that delivery addresses provided are accurate and complete.

In some cases a signature may be required upon delivery.

Replacement Parts

In the unlikely event you have a damaged or missing part, please contact us at support@zalynco.com in order that we may be able to organise an immediate replacement part for you. 

Delays and Liability

Zalynco is not liable for any delays caused by carriers, weather conditions and/or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Returns and Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a fault or error with the product.
