This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment of goods purchased through our website. By placing an order with Zalynco, you agree to the terms set out below.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding UK public holidays. Processing and dispatch times vary by product category:

• Furniture and oversized items requiring two man delivery are shipped within two to five business days after processing.
• Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

All shipments are made via reputable carriers including UPS, DHL, Royal Mail and Parcel Force.

We currently offer standard shipping only. Express, expedited or same day shipping options are not available at this time.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping:  Orders over £49 qualify for free standard shipping. 

Tracking and Delivery

A tracking number will be provided for all orders upon dispatch. You are responsible for ensuring that delivery addresses provided are accurate and complete.

In some cases a signature may be required upon delivery.

Delays and Liability

Zalynco is not liable for any delays caused by carriers, weather conditions and/or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Returns and Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a fault or error with the product.
