How we Ship:

We ship via multiple locations in the UK and the delivery time will depend on the weight and dimensions of the product.  Please note, fulfilment is not possible on Sundays, thus processing will start on Mondays after a weekend. 

We are currently partnered with:

• DPD: Next-day delivery
• Royal Mail / ParcelForce: 48 Hours delivery
• Pallet Network: 2-3 days depending on the delivery location.
• Yodel/XDP: Up to 5 days. Larger items may be delivered via a specialist two-person service.

You will be sent a personal tracking link to the email address provided, please make sure the address is accurate and up-to-date. 

For large items fulfilled with the UK pallet network, the delivery would be to your kerbside, arriving on a pallet. Where a tail-lift will take the pallet off of the vehicle and to the property boundary as a minimum service level, but often drivers will exceed these boundaries and do as much as they can to please the recipient.  Most of the time the drivers will take the pallets away from the delivery point, but this is at their own discretion. 

For a smoother experience, we offer a white glove, two-person service that will deliver your purchase to a room of choice and dispose of the packaging, at an additional cost, payable upon arrangement.  Please enquire about this in the comments section at checkout and we will advise you accordingly.
